- To produce and enrich the fund with the participation of subsidiaries.
- To rationalise and safeguard the iconographic heritage of the company.
- To disseminate documents both internally and externally within a legal framework of concerted policy.
General conditions of use:
These general conditions of use specify the possibilities of using images from the media library in compliance with the applicable law, mainly including copyright, the protection of privacy and the rules relating to the processing of personal data.
Conditions for registering with the Media Library
Anyone wishing to benefit from access must first fill out and confirm the registration form, which implies acceptance of these registration conditions as well as the conditions of use of the photos of the Media Library.
Access to the Media Library is strictly reserved for employees of AXTER as well as agencies and other external partners working for AXTER, for uses relating to the requirements of AXTER, expressly authorised beforehand by the Communication Department of AXTER to access the site: http://media.skydome.com
The Communication Department reserves the right to prohibit or limit access to the website, temporarily or permanently, including without notice.
Requests are processed by the Communication Department of Axter.
Once their registration request has been accepted, the user will receive a username and password by email. He/she undertakes to keep them confidential and not to communicate them to a third party.

Conditions of use of the photos
All photographs appearing on the website are works protected by copyright and can only be used by authorised persons for the sole purposes of internal and external communication of Axter and its subsidiaries, in accordance with the restrictions on use and without exceeding the duration mentioned in the information sheet of each photograph.
Photographs in which identifiable persons appear are to be used in pursuance of image law and the rules on the processing of personal data. They appear in the media library under an authorisation to use and distribute images which has been signed by the person(s) concerned, who nevertheless mostly retain the right to withdraw it for future disseminations.
In particular, the use of these photographs is strictly prohibited for advertising campaigns in the media with the purchase of advertising space. Any use other than that authorised or non-compliant with the prescribed conditions incurs the liability of its perpetrator, who will have its civil or criminal liability incurred.
Any request for high definition photos must be justified.
